Welcome to MuradCloud. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any of our products, hosting services, or network solutions, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service without limitation or qualification. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions and Terminology
- "Platform", "We", or "Our": Refers to MuradCloud and its technical and network services.
- "Client" or "You": Refers to the natural or legal person who registers an account or purchases our services.
- "Services": Refers to all services provided through the platform, including: Virtual Private Servers (VPS), web hosting, billing solutions, and internet distribution network services.
2. Account Registration and Terms
- Data Accuracy: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration (full name, email address, and phone number) and commit to updating it immediately if it changes. Accounts with fake or anonymous details are subject to immediate suspension.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
- Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts and sign agreements.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) You agree not to use MuradCloud services for any activities that violate local or international laws. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Cyberattacks: Launching Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or attempts to compromise other systems and networks.
- Malicious Content: Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, spyware, or hacking tools.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk promotional emails (Spamming).
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting or sharing software, movies, or copyrighted content without explicit legal authorization.
- Illegal Activities: Hosting websites or services related to financial fraud, money laundering, drug promotion, or any content targeting minors or violating public privacy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service or account violating this policy without prior notice and without any obligation for compensation or refunds.
4. Payment, Billing, and Refund Policy
- Financial Dues: The client undertakes to pay for requested services in advance according to the due dates specified in the invoices issued through the platform's billing system.
- Taxes and Fees: The client is obligated to pay any additional government fees or taxes (such as Value Added Tax) if applicable in accordance with effective regulations.
- Refund Policy: Payments made for Virtual Private Servers (VPS), hosting services, and network licenses are strictly non-refundable once the service is activated and its credentials are delivered. Domain registration fees and setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Technical Performance Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Outages and Maintenance: The platform strives to ensure high service availability; however, we assume no responsibility for any downtime resulting from routine maintenance, emergency failures in global data centers, or internet and international cable disruptions beyond our control.
- Backups: The client is the primary and sole responsible party for regularly creating backups of their data, files, and software. MuradCloud assumes no legal or financial liability in the event of data loss or corruption.
6. Suspension and Termination of Services MuradCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service or account in the following cases:
- Failure to pay due invoices after the grace period expires.
- Receipt of abuse reports against your servers or services.
- Direct or indirect damage to the platform's reputation or infrastructure.
7. Modifications to Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after the publication of modifications constitutes implicit agreement and confirmation of compliance with the updated terms.
